I would recommend this product to anyone with carpal tunnel syndrome or any type of nerve/circulatory condition in which sleep is interrupted by painful and tingling hands and arms. The cushioning in the palm of the hand makes all the difference in the world. It is not so rigid as to be as painful as some of my CTS braces and allows for movement. The fact that they can be work on either hand is a plus; I ordered two as I have severe problems with both hands.

The only drawback that I foresee is in the hot southern summers, this will be uncomfortable to wear because of its construction. But I would say if you experience any problems with numbness, pain, tingling in your hands and arms when you sleep this is a definite must.

Great splint and quality product that protects my pisiform bone (where heel of hand meets wrist), which hurts due to repetitive pressure on hard surfaces. The metal splint on the underside completely removes all pressure from the pisiform. Unfortunately, it's just too hard to type with this, so I'm sticking with the IMAK Smart Gloves for computer duty.
